Hello,
I backed up my info and reflashed the unit and still no go on the transfer through the internet. But I tried to use the back up app to backup my data, but after I reflashed, my data was not the same in the backup file as it was before I reflashed. (Mostly speech and time zone I checked.

Hi Brandon,
I don't think it's your cable, since you can still charge your device. Try
rebooting the device with star+pound+program1  and after it restarts, try
connecting again. Remember to enter disk drive mode by pressing 63 from the
applications menu to get your computer to see your Icon or Braille Plus over
USB.

Hello,
Now not only is my computer not connecting through the network, but it isn't
connecting through USB either.
I thought it was my chord, so I changed the USB cable several times and I
used my other Adaptor cable and nothing happens.
I think the pins that connect my adapter cable to my Braille Plus may be
damaged, because USB drives aren't connecting either. But I am still able to
get a charge from the AC adapter.
Does anyone know what I should do? Is there another way to get files from my
computer to my Braille Plus?

Hello,
I've turned on the internet, set file sharing to on, set the settings to
shared on my folders, typed \\BraillePlus195 (The name of my Braille plus
that I specified in the file sharing settings) on my computer's search box
and even with my computer connected to the same network, nothing is
happening. I don't see Braille+ anywhere.
I'm using windows 7 64 bit on a charter network.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
