Hi. I know that outlook shows them last name, first name, but it will allow
you to change how you want them displayed. If I go into my contacts list
under outlook, it shows first name, last name because I set it up that way.

I don't know, but I think the primary reason for making the change is so
that people could sync their addresses in Outlook.
