Preliminary list of IBIS parser cautions
http://www.sisoft.com/ibis-quality/docs/caution.txt
http://www.sisoft.com/ibis-quality/docs/bugxx_caution.txt
Goal is to reviewed Bug list/template bug for submission to IBIS open forum.
Concern was raised this if the list is too long and has too many minor
issues it will take forever to get through and approved in Open forum,
not to mention implementation. It was agreed that we will prioritize and
select a candidate or two that would justify the creation of the caution
category submit that as a bugs to the parser. Discussed possible candidates
3.1.2, 4.2.13, Should overshoot be a Warning versus a caution
4.3.4 sweep ranges of IV could be good candidate because its historical artifact
and reasonable justification to open new category. ECL may have different requirement
Team Members should review the caution list and continue discussion on reflector
AR: Mike to rewrite wording of 4.3.4 these are not consistent
