Agenda
======

1) Opens:  Should we meet on 12/19?  The next meeting after the
           holidays will be on 1/9.


2) Review of ARs:

- Mike: update macro library documentation
  Will do it this week

- Cadence will start a BIRD
  - Hemant/Ian: modify the BIRD that the API can also accommodate
    frequency domain approach (pole/zero)

- Todd: Prepare some material (presentation?) for discussion on how
        the current API is implementation specific and how it could
        or should be modified to make it methodology independent.

- Todd: dig up material on public domain HSPICE syntax
  - No report.

- Arpad:  Write parameter passing syntax proposal for a possible BIRD



3) API discussion.  I would like to get on the bottom of the question
   on how we can/should modify the API proposal so that both time domain
   (impulse response) and frequency domain (pole/zero) methodology
   can be used with it.
