This is BIRD 123.3 converted to IBIS Specification Change Template, Rev. 1.0



I have attempted to make minimal changes limited to conforming to the new BIRD 
format and AMI Parameter definition format.



I request that the IBIS-ATM committee review these changes for technical 
accuracy (essentially copy and paste errors).



I request that the IBIS Editorial committee review this document for Editorial 
Issues.



I do not want to submit this BIRD update to the Open Forum until thoroughly 
reviewed.
