No, Default is listed as a "string_literal" meaning that either {Format}
Value or Default are legal.

Hello,

 

I was reading the AMI_Version section of the IBIS spec and noticed

that the second example uses "Default" instead of "Value", while

the list of Descriptors only mentions "Value".  Shouldn't the 2nd

example use Value then?
