odd. it just works on my box. the only weirdness was some db4 stuff
that is now fixed. Also, apt-get keeps updating foomatic to a version
that red-carpet doesn't like, so red-carpet updates it back.
Nothing that keeps me from getting anything done though. Just use the
standard rpm repositories for rh9. I can send you my sources.list if
you like.
My wm of choice is fluxbox. It's pretty light weight and snappy, and it
stays out of my way.
