Red Hat updated their certificates recently, so you have to get the new 
certificate so that up2date can verify that you're talking to RHN.

> ftp://ftp.redhat.com/pub/redhat/linux/9/en/os/i386/RedHat/RPMS/up2date-3.1.
>23-1.i386.rpm and
> ftp://ftp.redhat.com/pub/redhat/linux/9/en/os/i386/RedHat/RPMS/up2date-gnom
>e-3.1.23-1.i386.rpm

You should only need the first one unless the 2nd one is installed too.  The 
first one should have the updated certificate that you need.
