Hi, Lisa.
We are all pretty much agreed that requiring web site visitors to use
Microsoft's OS and/or browser is bad policy.
But we sometimes have to conform to some institution's bad policies and it
looks as if you are in such a situation with your class.
Are you using the latest version of MSIE with all the latest patches?
Look at Tools/Internet Options/Security/Custom Level and un-disable various
scripting controls. I know, this is REALLY stupid, but
it might be necessary to be able to complete your class.
And as always, if you must use Microsoft, be sure to always stay current with
critical updates.
