without you actually seeing the picture it's hard to describe.
if you're going to use it for avi, mpeg etc video stuff then you would
be ok.
It's comparable to a well played vhs tape. or a copy of a copy of a
copy.
using it for internet surfing would be bad. the text is almost not
legible. Also, the bigger the tv the better. you can also tweak your
color and brightness settings to make it better depending on what
you're looking at...
I have an aopen svid out that I have hooked to a sony vcr... it works
ok for videos also, but the text is the problem...
another thing to think about... most tv-out cards don't do both tv and
vga.
