It isn't so much that lockdowns are for your moving
the computer, as it is to keep the cpu from vibrating
loose from the fans, and, adjacent rumbling of your
building, everytime a truck goes by on the near
street.

But, I am two blocks from a large 8 lane highway, and
3 blocks North of a major 6 lane highway, and have had
no problems, in three years...  I do feel the rumbles
from heavy traffic... and am in between the two glide
paths of dual runway Orlando International Airport, 7
miles North...
