Of course, they did the SEC declarations, but, I
wonder how they were allowed to trade on 'insider'
information, with their knowledge of the steps they
were taking, (and there is abundant proof!), while
certain ImClone investors have been accused of doing
the same, but, there is no evidence against Martha
Stewart!
