I'd assume that you could load it if it fit on the RAM drive that Knoppix u=
ses or if you could put it on the Hard Drive somewhere that Knoppix could s=
ee it. Of course if you did it that way it would disappear as soon as you r=
ebooted. That's not such a big problem with Linux, since it doesn't automat=
ically grunge itself up every eight hours or so, but it would still be inco=
nvenient.

There'a a way to create a start-up file for Knoppix using a partition on yo=
ur Hard Drive. I didn't do much experimentation with it though. That way it=
 does remember installed programs and setting and such. It's also possible =
to create your own Knoppix distros by adding and deleting things from the f=
iles used to build the ISO's, but that's even fuzzier in my mind. Did I act=
