[huskerlug] Re: Murder mystery?

I read a complaint on the internet about a 50x cdrom
spinning up, and shattering through the plastic front,
when it disintegrated. It is surmised that the CD was
cut, or cracked, like one would cut a pizza.
In that instance, it was above head level, but the
pieces embedded themselves in the walls of the teen's
room...
If not a killer, possibly blinding... and, I don't
find it on snopes, could be true?!

I do know that the U.S. military and CIA are testing a
trick with Integrated Circuits... when we put a bit
too much voltage into one, it blows the top, like an
explosion... and bits of the cover plastic are
projectiles. They want to be able to destroy
equipment that has fallen into enemy hands, but,
possibly take off a head, such as that assination of
that terrorist whose celphone took off his!
