[huskerlug] Re: Macs use BSD

Look at an OS project called Fink... they use the apt-get style of install.
It is great.  Don't discount the Apple offered products either though -
iTunes kicks ass.

Plus, you get really good educational discounts if you order it from the
computer store on campus or go to apple.com/store and then in the lower
right there is a link for education discounts.
