[huskerlug] Re: MS Bashing

Hey, it was the BBC doing the bashing, and I might add, this Media
X-9 patch was of a very universal necessity--including the latest
Microsoft Server software. I upgraded one of my Win 98 machines with
the patch, so not only is it a helpful hint to M$ users, but food for
thought when people start thinking of server software, which should
mean they should give serious consideration to Open Source.
I sent the link to story to some M$ users, who could use the info.,
and I don't know if useful knowledge is bashing, especially here
where I didn't send the link to the story.
Besides all I have to do is to check on SuSE to see what upgrades or
security fixes I need for my version just like I suppose most other
distros do. ---Jim
