Speaking of felonies.  SCO announced their protection racket in this press 
release from yesterday.

Even presuming all SCO's claims are true, the GPL does not allow for the 
kernel to be licensed in the manner so all SCO is doing is using scare 
tactics to intimidate people into paying them protection money.
Federal racketeering laws prohibit such actions.
