I Downloaded Aurora Linux 1.0 (www.auroralinux.org) (Port of redhat 7.3 to
SPARC) and installed it on a Ultra 1. At the console everything works fine
but when I load X the keyboard layout is all wrong. the keys are shifted
over one key to the right and some along the bottom don't work at all.
I thought I changed the type and map by editing the XF86Config-4 file.
These are the relevant lines from the keyboard section:
Section "InputDevice"
Identifier "Keyboard0"
Driver "keyboard"
Option "Protocol" "Standard"
Option "XkbRules" "sun"
Option "XkbModel" "type5"
Option "XkbLayout" "us"
Option "XkbVariant" "sun5"
# Option "XkbGeometry" "sun{type5}"
Option "XkbSymbols" "sun/us"
EndSection
XkbGeometry creates a non-fatal error which is why I commented it out after
adding it. The Keyboard is a Sun type5c.
Any Ideas?
