It turns out we did not have our scales tared properly, and the ANHU we caught
earlier today actually
weighed 4.5g. Sorry for getting some of you confused about the incorrect weight
originally posted.
For those who want further information:
wing chord = 51.2 mm
culmen = 18.3 mm
grooves on bill, and pale feather edges indicate HY
Several small iridescent feathers on central throat (abt 10)
R-5 did not have the black point in the white tip
white tips on R-3,4,5
Still, a great bird for this area!
