A while ago I sat in the car in front of the canoga properties and the
apartments with grandpa. I listened intently while he explained how they
(and other investments of his) came to be. Of his business ventures and
learnings. And then I asked him, "how do you wish to see all of this played
out?" He said, "I want it to grow. I worked hard to make that happen."
I was so in awe of his honesty and his conviction.
For me, to be apart of his legacy, in any way, I find down right priceless.
Thank you Brucie for the writing and inclusion of all the moving parts.
