Reality stories like this always cause one to pause and reflect. I found this
announcement with a picture of him, but I don't recognize him:

Based on the deafening silence regarding a cause, I'll guess he exited via the
Ticonoff method (whom I miss very much). If so there's no shame in that; we
all have our own demons we're fighting.

duty or non-bad guy related incident.
