The system used is FC3 with gtk2-2.4.14-3.fc3. Is gtk too old or the problem is in linking? --disable-agent helped. 

I guess it is the gtk version but maybe Antti can verify this.
There's also a problem with opendht segfaulting but looks like I lost the log so I'll report that on monday ;) 

gdb trace would be nice.

P.S. Sorry, haven't had time to solve the problem with the ethereal yet.
