precompiled kernel version 2.6.17.14.
Only one hipd running in each machine.
Connect-client-gai to connect-server:

Yes, exactly. Well, the received a netlink message is first and then,
the last one the "netlink route receive".
Attached is the syslog with hipd information, from the start of hipd to
the running of client-gai.
I made I guess on what is happening on your system and I did some changes
