[hipl-users] HIPL UPDATE support

Diego has been working on making the UPDATE work on the HIP daemon. In
hipl--main--2.6--patch-83, there is now a very experimental version of the
UPDATE. It has some limitations related to handling multiple SAs (i.e.
multiple IP address pairs associated to single HIT pair) in the kernel.
See bug # 96 for details. Looking for community feedback!
