Bug description:
Juhani reported that bug id #1313729 resolved the ipqueue
compatibility issues with hipfw and the Android port, but roughly
halved the throughput. The reason: hipfw/hipfw.c:1300 does not
optimally handle netfilter handle. Please commit a bug fix directly to
the main trunk for this and close the bug? Thanks.
