Feel free to share with your health care partners and anyone else who may be interested. The brochure is available on www.uscis.gov under Humanitarian/ Victims of Human Trafficking & Other Crimes/ Victims of Human Trafficking/T Nonimmigrant Status. The direct link is: Immigration Options for Victims of Crimes. The USCIS Office of Public Engagement coordinates and facilitates external outreach with immigrant serving groups and other interested stakeholders, in order to work collaboratively and engage in dialogue so that we can better inform our customers and quickly resolve issues that arise. Through the Intergovernmental Affairs Division, we hope to develop new relationships and strengthen existing partnerships with state, local, tribal, and territorial government stakeholders. We look forward to working with state health departments to address any issues of mutual concern. On occasion, our office disseminates invitations to stakeholder meetings, information on policy and procedural changes, proposed new USCIS programs, and outreach initiatives that are relevant to our stakeholders. If you would like to be added to the distribution list, please let me know. Please feel free to contact me any time if you have any questions related to USCIS or we can be of assistance.
