Kai,
The guest parking spots are intended for guests only. All homeowner's have
both a garage and driveway to park their vehicles. If your neighbors are
parking in a guest space (of which we only have 7), they are subject to towing.
Generally, we try to leave a warning sticker on the first offense, but will
tow after that. Roommates and stay over boyfriends/girlfriends are not
considered guests.
