Category: Change Request / Operations / Clients Originator: Abbott, Jason Priority: High Issue: An option to filter what kind of client a user can see in the client lists (Reception, etc). For example, user Jim can only see "single males" because he works in a men's shelter. Because the combined database would have a lot of clients, we thought this would make working with the client lists more manageable (there are 46,000 clients in the aggregate right now!), and it would simply eliminate staff in a non-related shelter browsing around data that does not apply to their service sector. Solution: Jason: Clientele Served: - if Male selected, hide females, show everone else - if Female selected, hide males, show everone else - otherwise, show all Serves Families: - checked, hide singles. - unchecked, hide non-singels MISSING: Option to serve both singles and families! Based on these selections, the user would see a filtered view in Front Desk - Reception, and Front Desk - Clients. Status: In Development Assigned to: Dagher, Henry
