Issue:
Clients who are barred at one shelter cannot be booked into another shelter if
the user doesn't have the permission to book-in barred clients. This can become
a problem as we have roving supervisors and would like to keep the ability of
booking in barred clients a supervisory role. We would like the bars to be
shelter specific. The suggestion was to have a different colour to indicate
which shelter the person was barred from eg red for all Mission bar, blue for
HJC bar, purple for Youth Shelter, etc.

Thank you for your feedback on the HIFIS software. We have added your
issue/request to our list of Application Change or Enhancement Requests
(ACERS). We are addressing your issue/request in sequence. Please note the ACER
number for future reference. Everytime your ACER is modified, you will be
automatically notified.
We ask for your patience in addressing your ACER as we move through this
transition and tackle a considerable number of issues and requests with
limited resources. We are currently working on recruiting and training
additional staff to address the backlog.
