We need a customized Monthly Hifis Report and Yearly Hifis Report for each
shelter like below:
· For residency, we are looking at individuals/counting all members **
except in the case of total served and intakes, where we would be counting
family units
· Also for residency, the total number of men and women only includes
adults
· For average age, we are looking at individuals/counting all members
· For recidivism, we are looking at family units
· For municipality of origin, we are looking at family units
· For reason for admission, we are looking at family units
· For reason for discharge, we are looking at family units
· For income source, we are looking at individuals, not including
dependents
· For language, we are looking at family units

Thank you for your feedback on the HIFIS software. We have added your
issue/request to our list of Application Change or Enhancement Requests
(ACERS). We are addressing your issue/request in sequence. Please note the ACER
number for future reference. Everytime your ACER is modified, you will be
automatically notified.
We ask for your patience in addressing your ACER as we move through this
transition and tackle a considerable number of issues and requests with
limited resources. We are currently working on recruiting and training
additional staff to address the backlog.
