Wednesday night Instruction

Greetings everyone,
Wednesday night instruction starts soon on Weds April 6th at 5:00pm. I
will be helping to coordinate tow pilots and instructors each Wednesday
this season.
If you are a student pilot who intends to attend at least some
Wednesdays please send an email to gah2@xxxxxxxxxxx with the title of
the email 'Weds Student Pilot' by March 27th 2011. I will send you an
email each weekend to see who will be attending on the following Weds.
Please respond to my email by noon on Sunday each week. I will then
email and call tow pilots and instructors to see if we can cover the
number of students that plan to attend on the following Weds evening.
If you are an instructor and can help on Wednesday evenings please send
me an email by March 27th 2011 with the email title "Weds Night
Instructor". In the email please let me know the best way to contact you
(email/cell phone) and your contact information.
If you are a tow pilot and can help on Wednesday evenings please send me
an email by March 27th 2011 with the email title "Weds Night Tow
Pilot'. In the email please let me know the best way to contact you
(email/cell phone) and your contact information.
Since I'm in Ithaca Ron Ogden will be helping me make Weds afternoon
weather calls . Either Ron or I will send out an email Weds afternoon if
we have to cancel due to unsuitable weather. Depending on availability
of tow pilots and instructors I will try to reschedule instruction for
Thursday evening.
If you are a student pilot and can help with the scheduling of tow
pilots and instructors when I'm out of town please let me know and I
will share the email lists that I compile from the responses to this email.
Please send me an email if you have any questions. I look forward to a
successful season of Wednesday night instruction!
