WV Wave Camp Result

The Nov/Dec Wave Camp in West Virginia was a great success. I flew down and
back in the motorglider, had ridge days and 3 wave days. On one fantastic
wave day I made 20500', a personal best.  

I am next planning to attend the WV Wave Camp scheduled for Feb 21 - Mar 8.
There will be at least 2 other local pilots flying with me and/or trailering
their sailplanes to the camp.

And let me know if you want to caravan down with other trailers.

Fellow HHSC members:

I will be flying the motorglider down to Petersburg WV on Tuesday of this
coming week, depending on the weather, for a Wave Camp which will be held
this coming week. It seems that the best chance of Wave will be
Wednesday-Friday. There have already been many wave days this month. There
is another Wave Camp scheduled for Late February-March 2009. You can learn

Let me know soon if anyone else wants to try to attend the camp this week.
Arrangements have been made for accommodations and for tows for those who
need them. And O2 refills are available on site.
