RASP 1.3km forecasts working

The high resolution 1.3km grid size forecasts of the RASP model for the Harris
Hill soaring area are working, now.
To access the forecast, go to the link below. Be sure to select the day and
ALSO select a forecast time to the right. All time are in LOCAL.

I've found that my Safari browser does not display them properly, but they work
on Firefox. Not sure about Internet Explorer.
I am working on the +1 and +2 day forecasts so you will be able to get a
preview of 1 and 2 days out.
