To those who have committed 2016 donations to the campaign and have not yet
written the check or donated stock please take care of this as early as
possible. Now is the time when end of year financial planning is in swing, and
for most of us the Holidays from the end of November through the New Year can
become very busy. This is a reminder that the end of year contributions need
to be received and the checks processed to be considered as 2016 tax year
deductions. As long as the checks are received and cashed the formal letters
acknowledging your donations (proof of charitable donation) will be dated when
the checks are received, but please do not let this slip to the last week in
December.
If you need a reminder of your Year 2016 donation/commitment status just let me
know with a return message and I’ll quickly respond.
Donations to the Capital Campaign should be sent to our business address with
“Capital Campaign” noted in the bottom left corner of your check. Here’s our
