Hello All,
First of all we owe today’s crew a thank you for doing a great job of cleaning
up #6, it’s now 26 years old and certainly doesn’t look its age. The spoilers
have excessive front to back play most probably caused by wear, and the
decision was made to not fly the ship until the spoilers are repaired. It’s
now on the 21 trailer and will stay there until the repair is made. Becky is
coordinating with Costello the transfer of #11 to flying coverage, but that has
not happened and we at this time do not have a flying 21 that is on insurance.
Do not fly a 21 until you hear from me that we have closure with Costello
regarding moving one of our 21’s to flying coverage.
Lori Vandyke made chocolate chip cookies for the crew, they were great.
Karin Schlosser is taking the ASK-21 interiors and steam cleaning them, thanks
Karin.
