[HBA Announce] Hospital Radio in the House of Commons

Dear all,
Michael Connarty, MP for Linlithgow and East Falkirk, who was HBA's guest at
the National Hospital Radio Awards ceremony in Renfrew last Saturday, has
tabled an Early Day Motion in the House of Commons regarding the awards and
hospital broadcasting in general.

> Broadcasting Association in supporting that voluntary work;
> and congratulates PPL who have funded the Hospital Radio

You may like to contact you local MP to get him/her to sign the motion.
These motions do not (usually) get debated, and are primarily a means of MPs
creating publicity for a cause. As this is Hospital Broadcasting Week, this
is very appropriate - at the very least you can use it as an excuse to
