[HBA Announce] HBA Membership Subscription Renewal 2012

Dear Member,

Apologies for the previous attempt!

A new HBA membership year has just started, and a new Membership Manger too.
I have taken the reigns from HBA Secretary, Nigel Dallard, to allow Nigel to
concentrate on other challenging objectives and tasks ahead.
I would like to therefore invite you to renew your personal Associate/your
station's Full Membership until 31st March 2013. 
The subscription fee is £42.50 for Full Member stations and £15 for
individual Associate members.

If you or your station wish to continue as a member of HBA, please send a
cheque made payable to "HBA" to my home address:

If you know it, please write your membership number on the back of the
cheque - a number of stations have very similar names and this will assist
me in ensuring that the payment is associated with the right station. You
will also find you membership number on last year's certificate.

If you would like to pay by electronic transfer, please contact me and I
will provide you with the necessary details.

You will receive an e-mail acknowledgement of receipt of the cheque.
Membership certificates and receipts for Full Members will be then follow in
the post, although please be patient if you do not receive them immediately.
If you'd like a written receipt for your Associate membership, please
include a note to this effect with your cheque. Thanks.

The Membership Database, holding details of all Full Member stations, is
accessible via our website. If you have not done so recently, please check
and, if necessary, update the information via the Members section of our
website: www.hbauk.com; you will need to login using an account with
"administrator" privileges for your station to do this. If you have any
questions regarding this, or more general questions regarding our website,
please contact our webmaster, Mark Venus (webmaster@xxxxxxxxx).

The database of Associate Member details is not yet accessible via the
website. If you would like confirmation of the information relating to you
that HBA holds, please contact me.

Full Members that have not opted to receive official correspondence from HBA
solely in electronic form will receive a copy of this renewal invitation by
Royal Mail next week.

To help protect the environment and save HBA money, please consider agreeing
to receiving future correspondence in electronic form only; if you wish to
do so, simply login to the website and update your database entry
accordingly.
