I am glad you found a good lab that can be trusted in London
Thanks for the reference. I appreciate that.
On the other hand what is the world coming to if in a big city
like London it takes a miracle to find a good lab?
The price we have to pay for progress seems high.

after tears and traumas, I have found what may be the one good lab in London - http://www.michaeldyer.co.uk/ Photographers and printers as well as providing a lab service. Nice people, 2 day turnaround, beautiful clean negatives and contact sheets and the same price as the cowboys. They don't advertise - by recommendation only. 
Highly recommended by me.
Sorry Uncle Dick, the Jobo will have to sit on the shelf a while longer...
