I'm glad you just sent that. I've been preparing a treatise to respond to you and you just saved me the trouble. I was about to get out some cameras and lenses and that would have kept me up all night. So now I can go to bed too.

The perspective of any lens is totally dependent on the FL of the lens. Nothing else. Perspective refers to the near/far relationship of objects in the image. So a minox neg and a 8x10 neg have the same perspective if both images are taken with a 500mm lens.
