thats pretty much where I am.

If CFVs drop near the 5K mark I may jump.
The big sensor plus 16 bit resolution make impressive images.

I also use a 5d and the fall-a-part shadows (especially when tweaking B&W
converted images) really show the 12 bit resolution.

Yes-- it does make a difference.. My DMR (now sold) could hold up in the
shadows much better, and it was 14 bit.
