Since the sensor is always centered in the 56x56, no matter how you twist
the camera, the sensor is always centered, and therefore, for any

movement that I can think of, even with long telephoto lenses, there is no
cutoff at the sensor.
Maybe not. Maybe so.
I have had a Hasselblad body behind a Sinar (who said Sinars aren't
sturdy???), and the extra tunnel formed by the mirror house did indeed cause
problems: vignetting when movements were used.
So never again.
How much of a problem it is of course depends on how big these movements
are.
But - and this is the thing - it would be far easier (unless you want to
use the metering system in the Hasselblad) to just put the back straight
onto the view camera. Adapters to do that are easier to find than those to
hang a body on a view camera.
So why even consider the hassle?

I understand, but the sensor is substantially smaller than 56x56 mm. It is in the center of the normal image area. While there could be some image cutoff in the VF, it would be outside the sensor area, and therefore not relevant. Since the sensor is always centered in the 56x56, no matter how you twistthe camera, the sensor is always centered, and therefore, for any practical
