[HUG ] Re: polaroid backs

I had a Polaroid back for my Hassy for years. Finally sold it as I never used it - the Polaroids have marginal information for landscape photography, which is what I do. Actually, Polaroid stopped making film, but Fuji makes it. I don't remember the product numbers as there are several types. My advice... sell the back if you can! You'll just waste money on the film and not get anything good from it. Instead of looking at a Polaroid, study the image on the ground glass screen.

IMHO,

Jim

Hello everyone, when I bought my 503cx I got a polariod back. I know less about this than the camera itself (I am on a steep learning curve with that), so what kind of film do you use for this. It is primary used for checking picture composition and such I think, right. You must excuse me for this is like starting all over for me, I have been using 35mm for 30 years and about 2 years with digital and I just got the blad 4 months ago. Any tips will help, from being on the list and meeting Jim Brick has helped. Thanks You James
