[HUG ] polaroid backs

Hello everyone, when I bought my 503cx I got a polariod back. I know less about 
this than the camera itself (I am on a steep learning curve with that), so what 
kind of film do you use for this. It is primary used for checking picture 
composition and such I think, right. You must excuse me for this is like 
starting all over for me, I have been using 35mm for 30 years and about 2 years 
with digital and I just got the blad 4 months ago. Any tips will help, from 
being on the list and meeting Jim Brick has helped. Thanks You
