I'm afraid i don't.
Long mechanical ones that are any good are horribly expensive, and still very short. 
And the pneumatic ones you know too.

The 200(0)-series, so it appears, are rubbish for remote use.
The EL(...) and CXi/CW with winder are very good at it.
EL(...)s are cheap nowadays. So if you have the right lens for it...
