[HUG ] Re: dumb acumatte screen question

It depends on the type of screen i.e. with split or without
with grid or without etc.

The standard screen with cross hairs is easy to check if it is
an old one or an Acute Matte.

The old screen has rather thick cross hairs painted in black.
The Acute Matte has thin barely visible cross hairs that seem
to be engraved.

Later Acute Matte D screens are easily distinguished:
The frame has two half round notches near a corner.

Subject: [HUG ] dumb acumatte screen question

If there a quick and reliable way to tell the difference between
acumatte and non-acumatte screens?
I thought the older ones have coarser, more visible lines?
