[HUG] Which to fix

I have been using a Hasselblad 500 C/M system for the last year, on loan
from my employer who has gone totally digital. It is unlikely that they will
pay for any more repairs and I am afraid that if they end up facing a repair
bill may send the entire outfit to government surplus. If I had the
opportunity to purchase the system I would but it does not work that way and
it would be just as easy to buy another system as this one.
The problem is that the lens I use the most the 80 mm Planar T* uncocks
every time I dismount the lens and the 100mm lens' shutter is slow,
especially on the slower speeds. I am wondering what makes the 80 uncock and
how expensive would it be to fix? Both the 150 and the 50 also work
flawlessly on unmounting. I do have a shutter tester so can work out the
true shutter speeds for the 100 and work according. It would be nice to not
have to do this though.
