It is a survey amongst Victor subscribers, so you pay for the pleasure of being invited.
But then, "In appreciation of your time in submitting answers to our questionnaire we will send you the Victor lounge music compilation volume II and a Victor DVD containing all 'making off' videos." 
We do get something in return!
Keep an eye on eBay. My guess is that these DVDs will be readily available shortly after the "Victor" team starts shipping them. ;-)
