Interesting. I did the scans on my Epson 4990, PowerMac, OS X, etc., and while the magenta was noticeable, I thought I'd corrected it.
However, when I loaded these to Picasa, using my new lapto (Lenovo ThinkPad T61), I noticed that the magenta was much more pronounced.
I may go back to the original scans and see if I can do some more work on them.
