[HUG ] Re: Thank you in advance :D

In 44 years of photography you've never matched the correct equipment or film
to the situation?  I find that very hard to believe when you've been as
successful as you are!!!

Why do you think that Kodak, Fuji, Agfa, Dupont, Polaroid and oll of the other
film manufacutrers developed through years of research different types of film
each with its own unique characteristic for a lighting condition.  Are you
trying to tell the world that a ISO 50 film is the same as an ISO400 film?
that they work in the same lighting conditions?

After 44 years one would think that you would have a better understanding
of the underlying resaons and characteristics of various speed films.

Some flat out wrong suppositions Patrick !
Lower ISO films do not have more contrast than higher contrast films and are
not harder to work with.
Contrast is a function of development.
If your slow film is giving you too much contrast then just give it less
time in the developer.
In 44  years of photography I've never heard of anybody Matching film to
lighting conditions.

Photography is not a guessing game that you learn on chat lists. I'd read a
book on it. Take a class.
