Well, 3200ASA film can fog from ordinary X-ray boxes on airports.  They (at
least in the US) are typically labeled as safe up to 1600ASA.  But remember
X-ray fogging is cumulative, so multi-hop flights with these darn X-ray
machines can still be problematic.  In the US I always politely request the TSA 
to
do a hand-inspection, that has never been any problem.  In fact, in the US
you have the right to request that.  Just be polite and not in a hurry.
I always had courteous service from the TSA security people.
